| 1. Planning |
|
Planning - is a critical part of any project. During planning, we in conjunction with our client, define the goals and targets for the project. The client will be required to fill us in on virtually everything concerning the project via a detailed Questionnaire. Our interaction with our client before the commencement of a project focuses on a realistic interpretation of our product/service value vis a vis the customer's expectations and a practical time frame in which the project can be done. This process is documented for our clients' records.
Giving it a Price Tag - Every project is evaluated on the basis of our personnel involvement and the number of hours required towards its successful completion and the price is clearly stated
Technical Framework & Design Concept - We draw this document up in consultation with our client. As the name implies, it breaks-down the entire project into its technical components.
Customer Approval - All documents require the approval and sign off by the client.

| 2. Production |
|
On this stage our client will be given the Final Presentation of the web solution. If approved by the client, we'll proceed to the Development and Programming stage.

| 3. Finalizing |
|
Stage 1 - We test and make sure that our web solution will completely associate with our pre-defined Technical Framework and Approved Style and that all our components & contents are working at optimum capacity.
Stage 2 - On this stage client takes the web solution for a "test-drive." What we are looking for is anything that is not warranted…. a human error that could have possibly escaped detection.
Transfer to Hosting Platform - The web solution is finally "ready to go" and we transfer it to a hosting platform.
